- Previous experience within a school environment, particularly supporting K-12 populations, is a strong advantage
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Familiarity with IEP processes, evidence-based intervention, and progress monitoring
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct assessment, intervention, and therapy across a diverse K-12 caseload
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s strengths and goals
- Maintain detailed records of student progress and communicate updates to educational staff and families
- Partner with educators and support staff to deliver integrated therapy services and classroom strategies
- Attend IEP and staff meetings as part of the committed special education team
- Support students through both push-in and pull-out models, adapting to classroom and remote needs
