Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required; clinical fellows (CF) will be considered
  • Previous experience within a school environment, particularly supporting K-12 populations, is a strong advantage
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Familiarity with IEP processes, evidence-based intervention, and progress monitoring

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct assessment, intervention, and therapy across a diverse K-12 caseload
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s strengths and goals
  • Maintain detailed records of student progress and communicate updates to educational staff and families
  • Partner with educators and support staff to deliver integrated therapy services and classroom strategies
  • Attend IEP and staff meetings as part of the committed special education team
  • Support students through both push-in and pull-out models, adapting to classroom and remote needs
