Qualifications & Experience Desired:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid SLP CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) from ASHA required
- Current state licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP in New Hampshire
- Prior experience in school settings preferred, with strong understanding of IEP processes
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Compassionate, student-centered approach and a commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion in the classroom
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech and language needs
- Deliver direct therapy and interventions individually and in small groups
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation and prepare progress reports as required
- Provide training and resources for educators and families to support communication strategies across settings
