Qualifications and Desired Experience:

- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or eligibility to obtain
- Experience in a school-based setting preferred, but strong clinical skills considered
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration abilities

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and therapy plans
- Deliver direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress, and compliance requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, student progress reviews, and school-based teams
- Provide guidance to support staff and offer resources for general education personnel
- Stay current with best practices and continuing education in the SLP field
