Key Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist certification (required)
- Valid PA Teaching Certificate (must be submitted with resume)
- Previous experience in a school setting, especially with K-12 populations, is highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with educators, families, and students
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement evidence-based therapy plans addressing a variety of speech and language needs
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and direct therapy services to students across grade levels in-person
- Develop and execute individualized treatment plans, monitoring progress and refining interventions as needed
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support students' IEP/504 goals
- Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation in compliance with school and state policies
- Serve as a resource for staff and families regarding communication disorders and strategies for support
