New team members will enjoy the flexibility of choosing the caseload age group—elementary, middle, or high school—tailoring the experience to match your strengths and preferences. Work spans 35-38 hours per week, starting in August 2024, and placements extend across various welcoming communities.
Desired Qualifications:
- CCC-SLP credential, SLP-CF, or SLPA experience in educational or healthcare settings
- Eligibility for state licensure (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Teletherapy experience is a plus
- Commitment to fostering positive outcomes for a diverse student body
- Ability to adapt to different school environments and student needs
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide speech, language, and communication services to students in K-12
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver individualized therapy
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
- Maintain accurate records and track progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise
- Utilize teletherapy platforms as needed
