Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Nevada DOE Certification and Nevada SLP Licensure are required
- Experience or interest in working with children from Kindergarten through Grade 12
- Background in pediatric speech-language pathology, with knowledge of age-appropriate assessment and intervention
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Dedication to creating positive outcomes for students with speech and language needs
- Ability to adapt to various caseloads and support diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students across grade levels
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy services and consult with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of student progress and services
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to developing strategies to help students achieve success
- Adapt interventions to meet the unique needs of elementary, middle, and high school students
