About the Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide services to students across K-12 age students. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity supporting students in achieving their educational and developmental goals within a school-based setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy evaluations, assessments, and interventions for students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student IEP goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success planning.
- Support students in developing fine motor, sensory, self-help, and functional skills necessary for educational participation.
Qualifications
- Active Michigan Occupational Therapist license (or ability to obtain prior to start).
- Previous school-based experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
