You’ll be serving preschool-age students, guiding them in achieving crucial communication goals during a pivotal stage in their development. While the exact caseload details are being finalized, you’ll collaborate closely with school staff and families to ensure comprehensive, individualized support for each child.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current SLP license in Massachusetts (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFYs) are encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings highly valued
  • Knowledge of IEP process and familiarity with early childhood interventions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to preschool students in accordance with IEP goals
  • Conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and monitor student progress
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families to support communication needs
  • Maintain timely and organized documentation
  • Attend and contribute to team meetings as required
