Qualifications:

  • Active SLP license in Massachusetts
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows also considered
  • Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
  • Strong communication, time management, and documentation skills
  • Comfortable working with diverse student populations, including those with speech, language, and communication needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students according to IEP goals
  • Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and participate in eligibility meetings
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and support staff
  • Maintain accurate, timely records and progress reports
  • Support and educate students within inclusive, engaging classroom settings
  • Assist with screening, prevention, and generalization programs as needed
