Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility as an SLP
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting (preferred)
- Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to preschool students as outlined in IEPs
- Conduct assessments and collaborate in the development of IEPs
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with school and district policies
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive educational environment
- Adjust therapy strategies to meet diverse student needs
