Embark on a fulfilling contract position providing speech-language therapy services for elementary-aged students. This unique opportunity runs from now until late May 2027, offering a predictable and manageable part-time schedule—just two mornings per week, with some flexibility on the choice of days. You'll work with a caseload of 30 students, ranging from 3rd to 5th grade, focusing on direct therapy to help each child achieve their communication goals.
What you bring:
- Current Speech-Language Pathologist license, with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Previous experience delivering SLP services in a school setting strongly preferred
- Confidence and skill in managing a caseload of elementary-school students
- Ability to create a nurturing, supportive environment for children developing speech and language skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff and families
- Organized approach to documentation, session planning, and progress monitoring
What you’ll do:
- Provide direct therapy services to a consistent caseload of 3rd–5th grade students
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor student progress
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and caregivers to maximize student outcomes
- Implement evidence-based interventions tailored to each student’s needs
This position is designed with work-life balance in mind—just 8:00am to 12:15pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with the option for some scheduling flexibility. The directors are open to in-person or remote (voco) modalities to best fit your expertise and circumstances.
