Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license in Wisconsin
- CCC-SLP credential required
- Prior experience working in K-12 public or private schools preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Proficient in developing IEPs and maintaining compliance with state and federal guidelines
What You’ll Do:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Write and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with special education teams
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Coordinate and consult regularly with classroom teachers and families
- Maintain thorough documentation of therapy sessions and student outcomes
- Participate in relevant meetings, staff trainings, and professional development opportunities
