Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active CCC-SLP certification (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)
- Valid state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience working in K-12 school settings preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective, individualized therapy plans
- Genuine passion for supporting the academic and social development of students
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ speech and language skills to determine areas for intervention
- Develop and execute individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with identified needs
- Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy services
- Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and required reports
- Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ communication goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
