What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP license in Wisconsin (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Experience in school settings strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of IEP process and documentation requirements
- Passion for helping students reach their fullest potential
Primary responsibilities include:
- Screening, evaluating, and diagnosing speech and language disorders
- Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Delivering group and individual therapy sessions
- Maintaining thorough, timely documentation and progress notes
- Consulting with teachers, staff, and parents to support student objectives
- Participating in IEP meetings and school-related activities
