What you’ll bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Eligibility for Wisconsin state licensure
- Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organization skills
- Compassion, patience, and a student-centered approach
- Enthusiasm for working with learners of diverse backgrounds and needs
In this role, you will:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language pathology services to students
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Document progress, maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student support plans
- Educate and support staff and families to optimize student outcomes
