Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Texas SLP license
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Preferred: prior school-based SLP experience
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy (direct and indirect) to elementary students
  • Evaluate students, develop IEPs, monitor progress, and prepare reports
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families
  • Complete timely documentation, including Medicaid billing
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary discussions
