Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Texas SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Preferred: prior school-based SLP experience
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy (direct and indirect) to elementary students
- Evaluate students, develop IEPs, monitor progress, and prepare reports
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families
- Complete timely documentation, including Medicaid billing
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary discussions
