Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy to elementary students within the school setting.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations, formulate individualized education programs (IEPs), and monitor student progress with thorough documentation.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to foster a supportive environment for communication growth.
- Participate in IEP meetings and lend expertise during multidisciplinary team discussions.
- Adhere to timely and accurate Medicaid billing procedures and progress reporting requirements.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Texas SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric SLP setting preferred.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills.
Role Overview:
