Qualifications:
- Must hold an active Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Possess a current SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- GaPSC SLP Educator Certification required
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Skilled in assessment and intervention for school-aged children
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language screenings, assessments, and evaluations for elementary students
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans targeting articulation, language, social communication, and fluency
- Collaborate with educators, school staff, and families to support student progress and IEP goals
- Document session notes and maintain accurate student records in compliance with school and state requirements
- Provide consultation and resources for teachers and parents to foster language-rich classrooms
