Qualifications:
- Valid CA Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure
- Active CA Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC)
- Experience with school-aged children, preferably in pediatric settings
- Credentials such as CCC-SLP or current Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) standing highly valued
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Commitment to supporting students’ diverse learning and development needs
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary students 15 hours per week
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans to address communication disorders
- Maintain accurate student records and progress documentation in compliance with regulations and requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff to promote positive learning outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing clinical insights and progress updates
- Support an inclusive educational environment that fosters growth and student success
