- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state license or eligibility to obtain one for Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
- Previous experience in a school-based setting or passion for working with children and adolescents
- Comfortable with developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
- Develop and execute individualized treatment plans according to each student’s unique needs
- Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group settings
- Document student progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings as required
- Collaborate regularly with teachers, school staff, and parents to ensure coordinated educational strategies
- Act as an advocate for speech and language services within the school community
