- Previous school-based experience preferred, but open to strong candidates eager to work in education
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for enhancing student success
- Flexibility to work onsite; no virtual or remote options available
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans for K-12 students
- Provide direct therapy sessions and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records
- Attend multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) development
- Offer guidance and support to students with a range of communication needs
