Essential Qualifications:
- Active Wisconsin SLP licensure required.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication disorders among early elementary students.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with classroom teachers and parents.
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports for caseloads as required.
- Provide direct therapy services, monitor student progress, and adapt strategies as needed.
- Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams across one or two school sites to ensure comprehensive support.
- Educate and support families and school staff regarding speech and language interventions.
