Professionally, you’ll broaden your clinical toolkit by working with a K-12 itinerant caseload in-person, replacing virtual SLPs within the district. Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license and certification in California (SLP-CCC)
- Experience in school-based SLP roles preferred
- Flexibility and comfort in an itinerant role
- Ability to work onsite (remote is not available)
- Expertise with a K-12 student population; adaptable to caseload preferences and experience
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to K-12 students
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a range of communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
- Support a positive and inclusive learning environment across assigned schools
