Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid NC SLP license or eligibility
  • SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY (Clinical Fellow) accepted
  • Previous experience in school-based settings preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication skills and adaptability

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy to PreK, elementary, and high school students
  • Assess and document students’ communication abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with educational teams, families, and other specialists to optimize student outcomes
  • Maintain compliance with school policies and state/federal regulations
  • Engage families and caregivers in the therapeutic process
