Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct therapy to students with speech and language needs
  • Write and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals alongside multidisciplinary teams
  • Monitor student progress and keep accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to support students’ learning and generalization of skills within the classroom
  • Engage in consultations and attend staff meetings as needed throughout the school year
