Speech Language Pathologist in Winston-Salem, NC

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in North Carolina (or eligibility to obtain)
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials required
- Prior experience in school settings is valued, though strong clinical skills from other areas are considered
- Skilled in assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for students with diverse needs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with staff, families, and students
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality direct therapy and implement evidence-based interventions for PreK through high school students
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and write clear, effective reports
- Collaborate on IEP teams and help develop individualized goals and plans
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with school policies
- Provide support to teachers and caregivers to maximize students’ academic and social success
