Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active North Carolina SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- CCC-SLP credential or open to Clinical Fellows (CFY)
- Familiarity with school-based SLP practices and IEP development
- Experience working with PreK through high school students preferred
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills
- Genuine passion for facilitating student success and inclusion
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct and consultative therapy to students
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate therapy records and progress documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and support staff training when needed
