Speech Language Pathologist in Kernersville, NC

Ideal experience and qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous exposure to PreK, Elementary, or High School student populations (strongly preferred)
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain prior to the start date
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and develop age-appropriate treatment plans
Key responsibilities:
- Provide speech, language, and communication evaluations and therapy to students across multiple grade levels
- Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs tailored to each learner
- Maintain timely, organized documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal requirements
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions, supporting students’ communication goals
- Participate in school meetings, provide staff consultations, and support ongoing initiatives related to speech and language needs
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment for all students
