Experience and Qualifications:
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Accepting candidates with CCC or CFY credentials
- School-based experience strongly preferred, though clinical SLP candidates with a passion for school settings are welcome
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to provide engaging and innovative therapy to a diverse student population
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students from PreK through high school
- Evaluate students, interpret assessment results, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation conforming to school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development
- Adapt therapy plans to best meet varying student needs throughout the school year
