School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Littleton, North Carolina

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required
- Preferred candidates hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association
- Current “G” Licensure from the NC Department of Public Instruction is necessary
- Licensure from the Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists may be considered
- Experience in school settings and with K-12 populations is highly valued
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a varied K-12 caseload, adapting interventions for diverse student needs
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and diagnostic evaluations to identify speech and language disorders
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans and progress
- Advise teachers and families regarding strategies and resources to support communication goals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and work closely with other educational professionals
