Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current CCC-SLP credential
- Connecticut SLP license (or eligibility)
- Prior experience supporting K-12 students in schools preferred
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- In-person candidates only
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language services across district schools (K-12)
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Attend IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports
- Engage with families and school staff to support student growth
