Expected to begin on August 20, 2026, and continue through May 28, 2027, this role focuses on providing speech and language services for a caseload of approximately 50 students during the school year. You’ll work 35 hours each week (Monday through Friday), ensuring students receive essential support while enjoying a steady, balanced schedule. Compensation ranges from $48–$50 per hour, delivered on a weekly pay schedule for your convenience.
Key Qualifications:
- Active CDE Special Provider License required
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or eligible CFY applicants encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in school-based settings or with children/adolescents preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to collaborative practice within school teams
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy and intervention services to elementary and middle school students
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor progress
- Maintain accurate records and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support professionals
- Serve as an advocate for students’ speech and language needs within the school setting
