School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Windsor, Colorado

Bring your expertise in speech-language pathology to a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary and middle school students. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about making a difference in a school-based environment and ready to impact young learners’ communication skills throughout the academic year.
The assignment runs from August 20, 2026, through May 28, 2027, with a steady Monday through Friday schedule and a 35-hour workweek. Work closely with a diverse caseload of approximately 50 students, helping them overcome communication challenges and reach their full potential.
Qualifications:
- Active CDE Special Provider License is required
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials welcomed
- Previous experience within school settings or with school-aged children is highly desired
- Strong organizational and communication abilities for effective collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
- Dedication to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct assessment, intervention, and therapy for elementary and middle school students with speech and language needs
- Develop and tailor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educational teams
- Monitor student progress, documenting outcomes and adjusting goals as needed
- Work with faculty and families to support generalization of communication skills in all settings
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a positive school culture
