Key Qualifications:
- Hold a valid Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Special Provider License
- Accepts SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, and those with school-based SLP experience
- Solid understanding of assessment and intervention for pediatric speech, language, and communication disorders
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with students, families, and school teams
- Ability to handle a caseload of approximately 50 students across elementary and middle school levels
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to students according to their IEPs
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving speech and language skills
- Maintain accurate records of progress and compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Work closely with educators and families to maximize student outcomes
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings, staff conferences, and ongoing professional development
