School Speech Language Pathologist - Aurora, Colorado

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Colorado state licensure (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY encouraged to apply
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Prior experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students with diverse needs
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and goals tailored to each student
- Provide direct therapy services both individually and in groups
- Collaborate closely with teachers, special educators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for compliance and reporting
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
