Qualifications & Experience
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active and valid Virginia SLP license is required
- SLP-CCC certification preferred
- Previous experience or comfort working in a school-based environment
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy to students as outlined in their IEPs
- Write, update, and implement IEP goals and documentation
- Conduct student assessments and participate in eligibility and IEP team meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain timely and accurate case records and reports
