Speech Language Pathologist in Winamac, IN

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Associate’s degree/SLPA certification
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status accepted
- Valid state licensure as required
- Experience within school or pediatric healthcare settings preferred
- Knowledge of speech/language development, IEP processes, and evidence-based interventions
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Open to both Speech-Language Pathologists and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to K-12 students onsite
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and create individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
- Contribute to the development and review of IEPs
- Maintain thorough documentation of assessment results, progress, and compliance
- Support students in accessing the curriculum through direct and consultative service delivery
- Participate in school meetings, trainings, and multidisciplinary team efforts
