This is more than a standard SLP position—by supporting school-based speech-language services on an onsite-only basis, you will collaborate closely with another SLP, develop tailored approaches to evaluations, and make a real impact on nonverbal and life skills students. Key Qualifications:
- Current SLP license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Prior experience in school settings strongly preferred
- Strong assessment and evaluation skills
- Commitment to collaborative practice and ongoing professional growth
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language assessment and evaluation services for a caseload of approximately 50–70 students
- Work predominantly on student evaluations and collaborate with another SLP instructor
- Support nonverbal life skills programs and adapt interventions based on student needs
- Maintain thorough documentation and participate in regular team meetings
