Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field required (SLP, SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY) or associate’s/bachelor’s for SLPA
- Active Illinois licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Experience working in a school setting highly preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Passion for supporting K-12 students with varying speech and language needs
What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct speech-language services to K-12 students, adapting strategies to individual needs
- Conduct assessments and help develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
- Document sessions, maintain compliance, and track student outcomes
- Participate in team meetings and professional development as needed
