Qualifications:
- Current Illinois licensure or eligibility as an SLP (CCC or CFY) or SLPA
- School-based experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently and travel between nearby school sites
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in K-12 settings
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and school guidelines
- Support students’ IEP goals and participate in meetings as needed
- Offer consultative support to classroom staff to optimize student success
