Qualifications & Experience:
- Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) credentials, or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
- Previous work within K-12 school settings is highly desirable
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Valid licensure for speech-language pathology as required for educational environments
- Ability to connect with students across a range of ages and needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments, document progress, and develop effective treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student learning
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions
- Maintain thorough and compliant records of student services and outcomes
