Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
- Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
- Active state licensure (or eligibility, pending expedited process)
- Strong skills in assessment, direct therapy, and developing IEPs
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite, full-time speech-language therapy to K-12 students
- Conduct testing and assessments to determine students’ needs
- Develop, document, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Participate actively in IEP meetings
- Maintain detailed records and coordinate care with school staff and families
