Desired Qualifications:
- Holds a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Maintains a current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC).
- Eligible for or holds Delaware state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred.
- Skilled in case management, goal setting, and IEP implementation.
- Excellent communicator with students, families, and educational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to elementary-aged students in accordance with IEPs.
- Conduct assessments, prepare reports, and track student progress.
- Collaborate with special education and general education staff to facilitate holistic support.
- Participate in meetings with parents and multidisciplinary team members.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment during the ESY session.
