Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) required
- Prior experience in a school setting strongly preferred
- Proficient in developing and implementing IEPs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support students by evaluating speech and language abilities
- Design and execute individualized treatment plans
- Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions for diverse caseloads
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student progress
- Maintain detailed documentation of assessments, therapy sessions, and student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights
