Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Riverside, CA
Step into a rewarding contract opportunity working full-time with elementary students in a supportive school environment. Two Speech-Language Pathologist roles are currently available, both offering the chance to make a meaningful impact on students’ communication skills throughout the upcoming academic term.
Candidates who hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and current California licensure are invited to apply. These positions are designed for experienced SLPs and are not open to Clinical Fellows (CFY). Work Monday through Friday and enjoy the professional satisfaction of collaborating with dedicated educators and families. Assignments begin after August 14, 2026. The first role runs through November 4, 2026, and the second extends through January 4, 2027, with the possibility of further extension based on need.
Qualifications:
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current and valid California SLP license
- Previous experience with elementary school-aged caseloads preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work Monday through Friday full time
- Must be open to working on-site in a school setting
- Not accepting CFY for these roles
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to elementary students
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Support students in meeting their communication goals throughout the school year
