Make a meaningful impact working with elementary students as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist in a supportive school-based setting. Two contract positions are available, both offering an opportunity to provide high-quality services alongside a collaborative group of educators and support staff. Each role is Monday through Friday, serving an elementary caseload and designed for SLP professionals seeking to further their career in California schools.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid California SLP credential/license and CCC certification required
  • Recent experience working with elementary-age students preferred
  • Familiarity with school-based evaluations, IEP processes, and delivering therapy in educational environments
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Candidates must have completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY); these roles do not accept CFY applicants

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to designated caseload of elementary students
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
  • Develop, update, and participate in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with school and state requirements
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Engage in ongoing communication with families regarding student progress and needs

Position Details:

1st Position:

  • Anticipated start: After 8/14/2026 through 11/4/2026

2nd Position:

  • Anticipated start: After 8/14/2026 through 1/4/2027, with possible extension
