Key Qualifications:
- Active and valid state Speech-Language Pathology license required
- Experience in providing both direct and indirect therapeutic services in an educational setting preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, staff, and families
- Comfortable working with diverse student populations (ages and needs may vary)
- Ability to manage documentation, IEPs, progress monitoring, and consultative duties with attention to detail
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to students as outlined in IEPs and intervention plans
- Participate as an integral member of multidisciplinary teams to develop and review student goals
- Provide consultative support, coaching, and training to teachers and staff to reinforce strategies in the classroom
- Maintain detailed records on student progress, session notes, and compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Liaise effectively with parents and guardians to ensure continuity of care and student success
