Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- SLP license or eligibility in the state
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred (required for supervision duties)
- Schools-based experience strongly preferred, especially with elementary and middle school students
- Proven background working with pediatric populations on speech, language, and communication needs
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Comfortable and confident managing a moderate caseload and collaborating with educators and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessments, direct therapy, and intervention planning for students aged elementary through middle school
- Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Document progress, maintain compliant records, and provide clear communication with parents and staff
- Offer guidance and supervision to SLPAs or clinical fellows if CCC is held
- Support school-based initiatives and participate in team meetings as needed
