Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Current CCC-SLP certification or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Valid (or eligibility for) state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology in Colorado
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong clinical skills in evaluation, diagnosis, and intervention with children
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
- Ability to support a full-time, 37.5-hours-per-week schedule throughout the school year
Role Highlights:
- Deliver direct therapy services to students with a range of speech, language, and communication needs
- Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support each student’s unique learning plan
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and district requirements
- Provide resources, guidance, and support to students, caregivers, and fellow educators
