Speech Language Pathologist in West Springfield, MA

Qualifications and Experience:
- Active and valid Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license, with CCC certification (as per state requirements)
- Experience in school-based settings, preferably with high school students
- Proficient working with students on the autism spectrum and those with diverse learning needs
- Previous supervisory responsibilities a plus, particularly overseeing SLPAs
- Comfortable collaborating with multi-disciplinary educational teams and families
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and group speech-language services to high school students
- Supervise and mentor an Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student transition planning
- Maintain thorough and compliant documentation per program and state standards
- Foster a nurturing environment to support student communication and independence
