Qualifications:

  • Active state licensure and state-required credentials for SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) required
  • Prior experience in a school setting, ideally with high school students
  • Strong skills working with students with ASD or learning differences
  • Ability to supervise and mentor a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)

Duties:

  • Serve as SLP for the Compass High Program at Ludlow High School
  • Supervise and guide an SLPA in daily routines
  • Develop and implement individual and group speech-language programs
  • Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families
  • Monitor student progress and maintain comprehensive documentation
